Virtual Quality Time

How will you connect with the amazing people in your life?

It can be really challenging to stay connected with our friends and family (near or far) during this time of physical distancing, and it takes an emotional toll on our sense of well-being. It has been challenging to find meaningful connection virtually for many of us, but what if I told you it was possible to deepen the sense of quality time?

  • Dedicate some virtual one-on-one time with your closest friends and family.

  • Try playing online games.

  • Set up a virtual coffee/tea date. I know I’ve missed going to tea with friends!

  • Watch a movie together from afar: stream the same movie, pop some popcorn, and hang out. You can text your reactions back and forth.

  • Send love emails. I do this when my partner is away for work for months at a time, and it is so much fun to discover new things about each other!

  • Take an online class together through Zoom. Cooking, wine and cheese pairing, or tea tasting are all fun options!
