We hope you love your products and patterns from Cerulean Orchid! But just in case we have outlined our return policies and procedures below.


Most items are accepted for return and refund within 14 days of delivery.  Custom made items are final sale. The item must be returned in an unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly encourage you to get a tracking number for your return shipment, as you are responsible for the product in-transit. Cerulean Orchid has the right to deny credit for any returned pieces that do not meet the requirements of our return policy, so please treat our handmade pieces with care!

Follow these steps to return your item:

  1. Contact Cerulean Orchid via our online form HERE to obtain and RA number.

  2. Please repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return. You are responsible for any damage of the product in return transit.

  3. If you are returning an item because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, Cerulean Orchid will pay the return-shipping costs and a return shipping label will be provided.

  4. Please write the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure the delivery is accepted. For your protection please insure the package for the full purchase amount.



Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days after receipt. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via email once the return and refund is processed.

special note regarding DIGITAL Products

There are no returns or refunds for purchased digital products from Cerulean Orchid. If you find an error with your pattern, please contact us HERE as we would be happy to resolve the error with you!
