We understand that you’re excited to receive your items, which is why as soon as your order is placed, we package it all up with care. Most orders are shipped within 3 business day after being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped. All orders will be shipped via USPS Ground or Priority Mail. Digital products are available for download same day.

TRACKING

We will send you an email including a tracking number when your package is shipped. If you don’t receive your package within 1 to 3 business days following your shipping notification, please reply to the email that confirmed your purchase or send us a note by using the “contact” button on this site.

DIGITAL Products

Once purchased, your digital file is available for download in the Order Confirmation page. You will automatically receive the standard order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file. This link will expire 24 hours after it's first clicked. If you need the digital download link resent, please contact us and we would be happy to send a new download link to you.
